Do you operate transfers on Sundays and public holidays?
Yes! We operate 7 days a week, including Sundays and public holidays. Our goal is to be available whenever you need reliable transportation across Jamaica.
Can I book a round-trip transfer in advance?
Yes! You can book one-way or round-trip transfers when you reserve with us. Booking round-trip is convenient and ensures your return is pre-scheduled and stress-free.
Are there any extra charges or hidden fees?
No hidden fees – all pricing is transparent and upfront. There are no extra charges.
If you choose to make your payment online, certain payment platforms (like PayPal, Cash App, Zelle or international card processors) may apply processing fees.
These fees are based on the service you use and are not charged by us directly.
How far in advance should I book my transfer?
We recommend booking your transfer at least 24 – 48 Hours in advance, especially during holidays or peak travel seasons.
However, we do accept last-minute bookings based on availability.
Can I request a quick stop during the transfer?
Yes! We allow brief stops for food, drinks, or restroom breaks. If you’d like a longer or custom route (like a sightseeing stop), we can accommodate that for a small additional fee.
Can I contact my driver directly?
Yes. On the day of your pickup, we’ll send you your driver’s contact number via WhatsApp, Email or SMS, so you can communicate directly if needed.
What is your cancellation policy for transfers?
You can cancel your transfer up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable due to driver and vehicle scheduling.
