RRM Transport & Tours – Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To serve you better, please review our updated cancellation terms:

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellations made 48hrs or more prior to the scheduled tour will not attract any fees; however, if payment is made in full, 50% of the payment made will be refunded.
⁠All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by RRM Transport & Tours within the applicable timeframe to qualify for a refund.
